Gothic Press

Gothic Press was founded in 1979 by Gary William Crawford to publish books and periodicals in the field of Gothic literature.  The press has published the journal Gothic, The Horror Fiction Newsletter, the poetry magazine Night Songs, The Gothic Chapbook Series and the free online journal Le Fanu Studies. Also available from the press are free online databases of Robert Aickman, Ramsey Campbell, Fritz Leiber, Walter de la Mare, and J. Sheridan Le Fanu studies.   

New from the press is Philip Challinor's Akin to Poetry: Observations on Some Strange Tales of Robert Aickman.

In preparation is a collection of essays on Ramsey Campbell edited by Phillip A. Ellis and Gary William Crawford. 

Also in preparation is a collection of essays on Robert Aickman, edited by Gary William Crawford.

Forthcoming is a study of horror and its impact on children by Gert Jan Bekenkamp.
